<p>There are basically two kinds of exercise. The short burst of energy type usually associated with weight lifting, and the long, slow, increased heart rate and breathing rate usually associated with running or cycling. Exercises based on anaerobic respiration, like weightlifting, burn only energy that is stored in your muscles. Exercises that are based on aerobic respiration, like running, burn energy from a combination of oxygen and stored fat.</p>
<p>What is likely the most popular form of aerobic activity is running or cycling. If you go to any gym today, you&#8217;ll see many treadmills and stationary bicycles. Each has their benefits. Stationary bicycles don&#8217;t give you quite the workout that running does, but it is much easier on your joints. There is also swimming, rowing, and aerobics themselves.</p>
<p>Likewise, there are many forms of anaerobic exercises. Just step into any gym and you&#8217;ll immediately be presented with hundreds of different machines and free weights to use. Free weights are generally preferred by those who wish to achieve a big, muscular look, while machines are generally preferred by those wanting a more defined look.</p>
<p>So which should you do? Some people prefer to do only aerobic activities, running, cycling, swimming. These people are generally pretty slender, but don&#8217;t have fantastic muscle tone. If you want to get slim trim and fit into a smaller size, then these are for you. If you are already relatively slim, and only want to build up your muscle tone, then try some weight training, or resistance training. Be sure to stretch, because sometimes doing only resistance training can hamper your flexibility.</p>
<p>There are plenty of people that do both. By combining both exercises, they get the fat burning benefit of running or cycling with the muscle tone building benefits of weight training. This method is suggested for older tattoos or tattoos which were done with low quality equipment and inks. High quality tattoo work will require repeated applications which could make this solution prohibitively costly as compared to other solutions below. <p>2. The Rejuvi Technique.</p>
<p>Similar in name only to the &#8220;creams&#8221; out there, rejuvi cream is an advanced technique for getting the tattoo off your flesh. Patients are treated by a trained medical professional who will use a device to push rejuvi cream into the tattoo of the patient. It then bonds with the ink. The body will see the bonded ink and rejuvi cream as a foreign entity and push it out of the body in the form of a scab. Over repeated treatments, this leaves the skin entirely tattoo free.</p>
<p>3 Laser Removal. </p>
<p>Laser tattoo removal is one of the most well known and efficient techniques for tattoo removal. This solution requires going in for multiple treatments from a professional clinic. Over repeated treatments, a tattoo can be entirely removed from the skin. There is minimal to no risk of scarring from this technique. Most people do find the laser removal process painful, but no more painful than getting the tattoo originally.</p>
<p>One final note is the use of cover up tattoos. If you have a tattoo you no longer want, consider that instead of paying for its removal, you can pay to have it covered up with a better tattoo. The techniques for covering up is likely better than you imagine these days, so talk to an artist to get their thoughts before making a decision either way.</p>

<p>High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is described as the force the heart must use to pump blood through the arteries and veins.  Your systolic pressure represents the force on the arteries, while the diastolic pressure is the pressure in the vessels between beats.  Normal blood pressure runs around 120/80.</p>
<p>Many patients are unaware of the onset of primary hypertension as the symptoms are commonly mild and nonspecific. With this being the case, it is no wonder it has been labeled the &#8216;silent killer.&#8221; If gone undetected, a Hypertensive crisis may occur in which a stroke or heart attack will be the result. In these cases, fatality may be the end result.</p>
<p>People who have high blood pressure complain of headaches, shortness of breath, dizziness, and fatigue. Headache is a common complaint and is not remedied after taking high blood pressure medication. Head blood flow is increased, putting a strain on blood vessels in the brain. Headache caused by hypertension does not go away with over the counter pain medications. The pain pulsates behind the eyes and manifests during the morning hours. Increased blood circulation causes the heart to pump out more amount of blood than usual, causing heart palpitations, blurred vision, white spots or blindness. </p>
<p>Of the people who have high blood pressure, approximately 1% have what is known as malignant hypertension. This is considered a medical emergency and needs immediate care to prevent heart attack or stroke.  Hypertension may go untreated for years because the person may not even know they have high blood pressure. This can result in damage to the heart, eyes or kidneys, as well as lead to angina pain. To avoid any complications of high blood pressure is to prevent or control it with the help of your doctor and a health diet consisting of fresh vegetables, fruits, wholegrain and low-fat dairy products.  </p>
<p>There are some forms of hypertension caused by stress. Life is full of everyday stresses such as our children, however taking on the worries and stresses of our coworkers or the lady behind the coffee counter is not something our bodies need to contend with. In order to prevent or manage this, it is recommended that patients maintain a healthy weight for their frame and height. Other contributing factors include smoking and drinking alcohol.
