How I Lost 12 Lbs of Pure Fat In 2 Weeks And Kept It Off

My fat belly was very big when I looked in the mirror and I didn’t want to have it anymore. As I went to go grab a glas of water during a saturday evening I saw my big butt in the reflection and that was the same moment I decided to change.
In order to lose this weight I wanted to come online to search for a good fat loss solution. I had a lot of exerience with being active and athletic before, so it was nothing new to me, I’d just slumped off. The obvious signs for gaining weight were diet + lack of exercise, so I wanted to get back on track.
I found a lot of fat loss programs that would be effective to get started with, but I chose to only go with diet at first. I was eating fruit smoothies which taste great, and also tried to replace some meals with these drinks. I never had to feel that I was hungry, yet I got little enough energy to lose weight.
I added some workouts to it as well. I did some high intense interval training and solid body weight exercises at home, such as push-ups and squats. This helped me feel more energetic and increased my metabolism.
The way I started to see results was amazing! I lose some weight the first few days even, by simply cutting out sugar and fried foods, as well as bad fatty foods. The diet consisted of vegetables and other healthy juices, that have little or no added sugar.
This new diet and a good exercise plan was the seceret to success. I was losing good amount of weight an in just under 15 days I was able to lose a total of 12 lbs! I was super excited to start seeing these results so I kept with the system for a few more months.
Since my successful weight loss about a year ago I’ve maintained my weight to the best of my ability. I’m not moving to much in weight and the routine I have isn’t too hard to do, I’m very happy with the overall results and the program I’m using!
