This epidemic is leading to overweight  people that is denied the proper nutrition that everyone is entitled to . The mulberry is one of natures secret health foods that can help the average person take back control of their weight and health. The mulberry is a flowering plant from the Moraceae family. It’s Latin name is Morus and there are 10 to 16 different species of the pant. They are native to warm, temperate and sub-tropical areas including Asia, Africa as well as Europe and North and South America. However most of the mulberry species are found in Asia.

 To gain control over your weight the best way is  by eating less processed food and more fresh fruit and vegetables But the question is which ones give the best nutrients pound for pound? It is not for nothing that the mulberry is not only grown because it is a tasty fruit, used in jam and wine amongst other foods, but also for it’s medicinal properties. The mulberry is used extensively by traditional communities in China and the rest of Asia as a natural medicine.
