One of the best tips is to stay positive at all times. Even if you \”fail\” according to you, you \”succeeded\” by taking yourself out of your comfort zone and head out to the gym! Big achievement if you never did it before. Be commited and stay motivated on a proven plan that can help you lose the fat you want.
