If you are under this diet, better make sure that you still get the energy you are missing. When you make a salad, put proteins on it to sustain or replace your energy.

Still others completely avoid eating meat. Instead, they eat fish and tofu or things made of soy for their protein.

Cleansing diet should be done moderately and you should not stay long on the diet because there are certain side-effects such as headache, insomnia and muscle pain.
